AOK9 Fee Schedule

RANCH CAMPRanch Camp rates are $100 per scheduled visit, per dog.

BOARDING - Boarding rates are $50 per scheduled overnight stay for one dog. $30 for each additional dog from the same home (the same owner, lives together).

TRAINING - Training fees are a flat rate, are determined by the individual dog's needs, and are finalized in writing prior to scheduling.

MEAL TIME FEES - In the event that an owner/handler fails to provide the proper amount of food to feed their dog through the length of the scheduled stay, boarding extensions, or emergency visits, AOK9 will provide meals with the food that is available at $1.00 per day.

PROCESSING FEES - In the event that AOK9 needs to pick up supplies for a dog in their care and add the cost of the purchase to a client account, the client will be responsible for the 5% payment processing fee billed to AOK9. The Client can choose to Zelle the payment instead, to avoid the fee.

RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION FEES - If scheduled boarding is canceled or rescheduled prior to the scheduled day of pickup, there are no fees. If AOK9 arrives at your requested location for pickup or drop off and either the owner/dog is not available (no show) for pickup/dropoff, the owner cancels pickup/dropoff at pickup/dropoff or AOK9 cannot access the location for pickup/dropoff (door code not working, door locked, broken lock, instructions for accessing dog are incorrect), there will be a $20 fee added to your account that must be paid prior to any additional services being rendered.

DISRUPTION OF SERVICE FEES - Any disruption of service (including but not limited to canceled, rescheduled, delayed pickup, and drop off of dogs) causing loss of income or additional fees to clients that need to be paid, refunded or provided complimentary by AOK9 that is caused by an owner/handler whose dog is in our care will be charged to the account in which is at fault for the disruption of service. The reasons for disruption of service fees are those that can be, or are determined to be, already present at the time of scheduling and/or pick and can include but are not limited to undisclosed illness of dog, undisclosed aggression towards people that puts AOK9 staff in a position that could result in physical injury and/or prevents the proper care of the dog, undisclosed aggression towards other dogs that puts clients and personal dogs of AOK9 staff in a position that could result in physical injury to other dogs and/or prevents the proper care of the dog, emergency transfer of care of dog (to an animal hospital, preferred veterinarian, emergency contact, back home, boarding facility, or other alternate boarding) due to any undisclosed issue that prevents the proper care of the dog, and any condition that was not disclosed at time of scheduling and/or pickup that prevents AOK9 staff from making the appropriate accommodations to properly care for the dog during their scheduled visit with AOK9.

AFTER-HOURS CARE AND TRANSFER FEES - After-hours care and transport fees vary ($80-$500) and incur when AOK9 is required to drive into town on a day or at a time when AOK9 was not previously scheduled to do so. This may occur in the event that AOK9 has to provide unplanned specialized care or  medical care for a dog that was already ill prior to being transferred to AOK9's care. This may also occur if the Owner neglects to provided necessary medication needed during a dog's visit and AOK9 is required to make a trip back into town to obtain the medication. This may also occur if the neglect of an Owner in provided the proper food, medication or discloure of important information causes a change in AOK9's schedule that affects other client's reservations for services.
