If you couldn't find the information you were looking for on the service page itself, chances are you'll find it on the FAQ page. We ask all new visitors to visit that page so they're properly prepared for their visit with us so it's always a good place to start.
Our hours are listed below.
• Daycare hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday. This means the first pickup of our day is 7:00 am and the last drop off of our day is 7:00 pm.
• We offer specialized service to a limited number of dogs per day. Scheduling is first-come, first-served.
• Boarding is available 7 days a week, with pickups and dropoffs available during daycare days and hours listed above. A pickup or drop-off for boarding on a Sunday may be available, depending on our schedule.
• We are closed on the 2nd Friday and Saturday of every month for deep cleaning and truck maintenance. Daycare is not available on these days. Boarding is available over this time but pickups are scheduled prior to our closure and drop-offs for after we've reopened.
• We try to respond to all messages within 24 hours, during normal daycare hours, when possible.

Sending us a text or an email is the best way to get a timely response. Working with all of the dogs throughout the day (plus we have a large pack of our own) makes it impossible to answer the phone when it randomly rings or to sit and have a phone conversation when it wasn't previously scheduled. We try to respond to all texts and emails within 24 hours when possible, during normal daycare hours.
However, if you need to speak with us by phone please leave us a voicemail. It may take a few days to return your call and it may be from the road but we will get back to you as soon as we're able.
For the safety of the working dogs in our care and to adhere to the safety/privacy clause in the contracts we have with their handlers and companies, our home address is not published on our website. We are located in the NW part of the valley, as indicated on the map below for reference.
We treat our visiting pups like they're our own and provide a wealth of information about us, our home, our yard, and our activities online. We have regular clients we love and accept new clients when we have availability. However, we are not the perfect match for everyone so if making a visit to our home or having our exact address is a requirement for your dog's visit, we are not the provider for you.
