Our Las Vegas obedience training program is designed for dogs who are 6 months of age or older that exhibit the ability for comprehension with retention. Our obedience training program begins with an in-home evaluation where we'll be able to discuss your training wants/needs while learning about your dog in their own environment. With the information gathered, we'll be able to provide our advice for the best path for training to reach your goals.

Successful training is achieved when training techniques are integrated in with your dog's every day routine, such as eating and bathroom breaks, along with daily working sessions. It is a round the clock process. Because of this, we have found board and train to be the most successful and is what we normally suggest

​Session Training

​

Based on your training needs, if we feel your dog would benefit from session training and you have the time to dedicate to it, one-hour private sessions may be offered to you. These are focused sessions where we'll teach you how to work with and train your dog to get the response you want from them. These sessions can be scheduled to cover a variety of topics, including but not limited to recall, sit and stay, leash manners, handling in public, crate behavior and more.​

Board and Train

While our session training program is designed to teach you how to train your dog, our basic obedience board and train is where we train your dog for you and then show you how to use their newly acquired skills to improve the quality of life for everyone in your home.  This program covers basic commands like sit/down/place/stay/out/off, leash manners, recall, socialization, confidence building, crate training, public obedience and more!

For dogs who come confident and eager to learn, this program lasts about 4 weeks on average. Dogs who struggle with confidence,  are fearful, or need work with advanced behavioral issues can take a bit longer. Regardless of how long your dog is with us, they will come home ready to show off all they've learned and will bring home all of the training tools needed to work with the effectively. These tools vary from one dog to another as they all have unique needs but may include a training collar(s), collar-specific leashes, a training cot and more.
