About All Out K9
We are the Parker Family and home to @housewolvesofvegas
We work from home and are dedicated to giving our pack the best life possible. We started All Out K9 after searching for services and assistance with our pack that we just couldn’t find.
Many of the Day Care and Boarding options available in Las Vegas couldn’t assist us because…
-
Breed restrictions - We have high-drive working breed dogs that corporate insurance policies will not cover.
-
Spay/Neuter requirements - A couple of our girls were not spayed to allow for their joints to fully mature before having the procedure done. This prevents injury when competing and working agility.
-
Age Requirements - We first started looking for boarding options when our youngest pups were 3 months old and quickly realized that because they weren’t old enough to have all their shots yet, no one would take them in.
After visiting multiple local Day Care and Boarding facilities we realized another issue we faced with having high-drive dogs. These facilities couldn’t provide the personalized care our dogs need and they didn’t offer the comforts of home. We had reservations about sending our dogs to a facility because…
-
The thought of our dogs not having one-on-one playtime with a human, unless we paid extra for it, was just sad.
-
The thought of our dogs spending their days on hard floors and/or in crates with limited human interaction was just sad.
-
The thought of our dog’s food being taken away if not eaten, instead of them being comforted while we were away and encouraged to eat was just sad.
-
The thought of our dogs free roaming with dozens of other random dogs because they are the same size without any structured play/exercise time didn’t sit well with us. All breeds are unique and each dog has their own needs for exercise and social interaction. A Labrador Retriever’s needs are much different than a Belgian Malinois, Pitbull, or German Shepherd’s needs. Lumping dogs all into one group based on their size is just sad.
-
The thought of having to switch our dog's food for the purpose of Day Care or Boarding isn’t good for our dogs or something we were willing to do. There are lots of dogs on special diets, such as raw, and our dogs were eating raw at that time. We were told by all the facilities we visited that we couldn’t bring raw food for them because their insurance wouldn’t allow the storage. They encouraged us to buy alternative types of food for our girls, regardless of what was best for them, which is just sad.
After our dogs went through training, another need we had was for whoever was watching our dogs to be able to continue with their training schedules (obedience, leash training, etc.) while we were away so that we didn’t lose all the hard work we had put in. The facilities we contacted/visited and the average sitter on Rover couldn’t help us with that.
We knew we couldn’t be the only ones with dogs that needed personalized care and after connecting with other dog owners through social media with similar concerns, we began helping out when they couldn’t find care or assistance.
That’s how All Out K9 was formed.
What we do...
We provide basic obedience, advanced obedience, socialization, and puppy training through both our board and train program and private training sessions. Visit the training page of our website for more information and to submit an interest form.
We provide overnight boarding for all breeds and all temperaments, 7 days a week, with a limited number of daycare spots available Monday through Friday. Visit the boarding page and the daycare page of our website for more information and to submit a new visit request form.
Mom is a Clinical Pet Nutritionist and Pet Master Herbalist offering food/environmental intolerance/allergy testing with diet evaluation for any dog who needs it, regardless of whether they schedule services with us or not. Reasons for the testing could be due to lack of interest in food, frequent vomiting or loose stool, skin/coat issues, yeasty paws/ear and even behavioral problems. Some people just want what is best for the pup and would like them to be tested. Whatever the reason, we're here to help. Just text to request more information!
